Welcome
The Mariner’s Valley Two Maintenance Association was established in 1972 by Kamehameha Schools, the landowner at the entrance to Kalama Valley, for the sole purpose of maintaining the green space (“Common Area”) along the mauka side of Hawaii Kai Drive from just west of Mokuhano Street to Kealahou Street as an attractive, welcoming gateway to the valley for the enjoyment of residents and visitors. The 75-year, cost-free lease on the land may be extended before it expires in 2047.
The 470 homes developed at the time all have mandatory membership in the Association as a provision of their property deeds. A volunteer Board of Directors, funded by modest annual membership dues, manages the upkeep of the Common Area. Members in good standing are eligible to run for election to the Board.
Our only responsibility is the Common Area. The Association does not regulate individual homes, and Association approval is not required for any improvements or changes to homes.
Below you will find links to essential documents and information. Homeowners, realtors, and escrow companies are welcome to review and print these as needed.
Membership
If you own a home on this list of streets and addresses, you are a member of the Association as a provision of the property deed.
Homes on other streets in Kalama Valley may belong to other associations, but they are not members of Mariner’s Valley Two M.A.
